Booking/Reschedule Policy
Booking is not confirmed until the deposit is paid. Deposit is Rs 2,000 per procedure.
Confirmed appointments can be rescheduled (max 3 times) with a notice of two days so the spot can be refilled.
Deposit is fully credited towards the service cost, the balance amount is due on the day of your procedure.
Deposit is not refundable and non transferable to another person.

Cancellation/Late Appointment/No Show Policy
Once the appointment is confirmed, it can be cancelled with two days. Cancellation fee is Rs 500.
If you prefer to reschedule it can be done with a two day notice. Only three reschedules are allowed.
If you arrive later than 30 minutes, the appointment can be cancelled or rescheduled at the artist's discretion.
This is shared studio space, hence it is not fair to keep the next person waiting.
Deposit will be forfeited if required two day notice is not given, arrive later than 30 minutes or no show.

Payment/Price Policy
Cash, Bank transfer, UPI, Debit & Credit cards are accepted. Full payment must be made before leaving the studio.
Prices are subject to change anytime without notice.

Refund Policy
All services are performed at a cost to the artist hence no refunds will be provided under any circumstance.

Guarantee Policy
All procedures are performed with utmost care. We do not offer any guarantee for micropigmentation results.
Individual results vary from person to person.
There are many factors outside of the artist's control such as your skin type, lifestyle and aftercare that directly contribute to the healed results.
Some may require more than one touchup to achieve their desired results. Regular touch up pricing will be applied.

Client Refusal Policy
For all previously tattooed clients by other artists, you must consult before booking an appointment.
Every artist has their own style of tattooing, we will not be providing touch up services for other artist's work.
​All clients are expected to read and understand the procedure details prior to booking an appointment.
It is your responsibility to inform the artist by emailing or text messaging regarding any of the conditions you may have prior to booking an appointment.
Being honest with your health conditions is expected.
If you proceed to book the appointment without informing the artist, the artist may refuse to provide service on the day of your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited.

Referral Program Policy
Referral bonus applies to Touchups only, cannot be applied to the main procedure.
It is applied to your immediate touchup appointment.
